Where we ship

We ship from İzmir, Türkiye to the destinations available at checkout. If your destination is unavailable, please contact us before placing an order.

Shipping price

Standard shipping is $9.99 USD per order. The shipping charge and any taxes collected by the store are displayed before payment. Any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling charges not collected at checkout may be payable to the relevant authority or carrier, subject to applicable law.

Order preparation

Orders are normally dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in Türkiye. Any different preparation time for a particular order will be communicated before purchase.

Delivery estimates and tracking

Delivery time varies by destination and carrier. Delivery is normally estimated at 3–8 days after dispatch. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs processing, public holidays, and carrier disruption can affect delivery.

Tracking information will be provided when available after dispatch. If tracking stops updating, an estimated delivery date passes, or an order arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and work with you on an appropriate resolution. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
